Referral Marketing Disclosure: How We Work and Get Paid
Last updated: October 2026
You should know how Batrolls Tree Service works and how it earns money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What Batrolls Tree Service Is
Batrolls Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not do tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, tree trimming or any other tree service.
When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.
How We Get Paid
Providers or marketing partners may pay Batrolls Tree Service for calls, form requests or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.
This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to. The provider sets the price.
Providers Stand on Their Own
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Batrolls Tree Service. Each provider alone is responsible for:
- Its quotes, prices and terms
- The quality, safety and timing of its work
- Its licenses, insurance and certifications
- How it talks and behaves with you
Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that time.
The Choice Is Yours
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check their insurance. Ask for a written quote. Compare it with other quotes before you decide.
Call Recording
Calls made through this site may be tracked. In some cases they are recorded. We use this for quality, verification and billing.
